There’s still time to support Windrush Farm.
Your support of Windrush Farm accomplished the following in 2011:
- Welcomed 120 new clients, increasing the number of people with disabilities we serve by 38%
- Introduced a pilot program called “Riders and Readers”, geared to motivate our youth “at risk” clients to read books and then work with horses to reinforce the idea that learning and fun go hand-in-hand.
- Collaborated with the Bedford VA Medical Hospital to service more than 40 retuning soldiers as part of our Veteran program.
